Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery within Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your city, or flat-rate as specified in active store promotions.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or courier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS or email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Payment Methods

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as digital payments including Bank Transfers and Mobile Wallets.

Damages

• Sania Store is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim for a replacement.
